Brawley Barroom Ball at Belly Up Tavern. Join us for a night of roots, Americana and honky-tonk you won't forget!
This week, we welcome headliner, The Lonesome Billies, from Portland OR. Influenced by Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash and Hank Williams along with more contemporary country musicians like Whitey Morgan and Sturgill Simpson, The Lonesome Billies are currently touring the west coast, rockin' most of our favorite places like Pappy & Harriets and Mississippi Studios. Listen here: Oh My Friend
Brawley is holding it down the 9pm—don't forget your dancing shoes—we had a fantastic show last weekend at The Grand Ole Echo in LA and we're rarin' to go! Also, we have brand new Brawley t-shirts "If you don't like Brawley, you can kiss my..." get one at this show. Only $10
Opening the night is Roy Ruiz Clayton & The Grave Diggers. His portfolio of unique songs reflect his personal life experiences and rough-and-tumble views of the world. In 2011, sdrocknroll.com voted his song, “Everyone’s a Detective”, San Diego’s #1 song in their list of Top 5 Songs of 2011, and music legend T-Bone Burnett wrote to Roy exclaiming that, “Everyone’s a Detective” was ‘one amazing song’.
